Mapping the Nation’s Well-being, courtesy of the New York Times.  Its an interesting map, but what I find even more interesting are the questions that they used to gather their data.  For instance, the “learning” metric is evaluated based on the question, “did you learn or do something interesting yesterday?”  And where is the happiest place? The rust belt.
